on DAN AND DEANNA

Life is a journey. The psalmist called it a pilgrimage.

Isaiah 42:16 has been a life-long source of hope in our journey: “I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.”

113) Q & A WITH D & D

So, Dan, if you were raised in New York and graduated from a university in Tennessee, and Deanna, if you were raised in Kansas and graduated from Bible college in Missouri, how did you meet? What was your courtship like? Deanna, what was it like joining Dan in a ministry he’d already had a four year head start on? What’s it been like raising boys? How did you get into homeschooling? Why did you choose to homeschool for 18 years? Describe the greatest thing you’ve learned together about the walk of faith. What’s life like in your mid-life years? If you could do things over, what would you do differently? Now that you’ve reached empty nest, what are your dreams for the future? (Just a sampling of potential questions.)
